About Me

My name is Ashley Bowden. I'm a student at Salt Lake Community College. I'm currently working on a degree in Fitness Technology. I plan to continue my education throughout my life. I believe everything I learn will benefit myself, as well as, my children. My most important goal is to pass on my knowledge to my children. 

I'm a fulltime manager/marketing/booker at my families horse boarding facility, D & M Paint Horses & Stables,  and a part time Gym Attendant at Salt Lake Community College's Lifetime Activity Center. I usually work seasonally as a Crew Operator at Lagoon Amusement Park but currently have schedule conflicts with school... feel free to check out youtube videos that I have found myself in while working at Lagoon.  I have a very wide range of expirience in animal caretaking, healthcare, computer technology, customer service, safety and education. I believe volunteering can make more of a positive impact on society, than making a paycheck. I volunteer my extra time for various activities at my children's school, and local community events.

My typical day starts at 4am and ends..................... when the 50 horses, 9 calves, 5 steers, 30 chickens, 3 pigs and various amounts of bummer lambs are fed. I don't sleep often.

Born and raised on a farm has taught me how to work hard and never give up even when I fail the first time. Sometimes there's more pride in accomplishing something you failed at than succeeding the first time. I've had my share of falls, fails est.
